Job summary

Dana Corp in the United States is launching a Finance Development Program for graduates joining in January or June 2027. The 3-4 year rotation places you in three 12-18 month assignments across the US, advancing toward leadership roles within Dana.

Participants will work in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Internal Audit or FP&A, and Plant Operations Controlling while receiving mentorship and development opportunities to build future finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance (GPA preferred).
• Schedule flexibility with travel and occasional extended hours.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and analytical abilities.
• Spanish is a plus and beneficial for collaboration.
• Ability to partner across the organization and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three 12-18 month assignments in Finance across the US.
• Participate in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Internal Audit or FP&A, and Plant Operations Controlling.
• Learn financial capabilities under a manager and mentor, progressing toward leadership.
