Job summary

Roche in the United States offers a two-year Finance Rotation Development Program for high-potential graduates. You will rotate across DIA Finance chapters, assume leadership roles, and receive mentorship while developing technical and leadership skills.

Locations include Tucson, Pleasanton, Santa Clara, Branchburg and Indianapolis with potential international rotations; final placement as Enterprise Finance Business Partner within DIA Finance is anticipated after completion.

Qualifications

Recent college undergraduate with Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Informatics with GPA 3.0 or higher.
Between one and two years of work experience (including internships)
Prior working and/or internship experience in public accounting and management consulting preferred
Prior working and/or internship experience in the healthcare sector preferred

Responsibilities

Assume leadership role in at least one rotation (e.g. Product Owner).
Exposure to Enterprise Center of Excellence, Commercial Finance, and R&D Innovation within DIA Finance.
Participate in four rotations across 3–8 months and receive mentorship.
