Job summary

ServiceNow is launching the Finance Development Rotation Program for new graduates. The program provides structured rotations across key finance functions, hands-on experience, and targeted training to develop strategic, technical, and leadership skills.

Participants engage with AI initiatives and collaborate across functions to drive finance workflows and insights. As a Customer Zero in finance, you will join an inclusive culture that values growth and tangible business impact, with hybrid work

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
• Experience with PowerBI preferred.
• Solid finance and accounting fundamentals; financial modeling experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the AI Accelerator initiative, applying AI to solve real finance challenges.
• Gain broad exposure through structured rotations across FP&A, Finance Product & Analytics, Go-To-Market Finance, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting.
• Receive ongoing mentorship and development support from finance leaders.
