ServiceNow invites driven Finance Interns to join its Finance Intern Program for a 12-week summer internship at our Santa Clara headquarters. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects across Finance, learn how AI can transform financial processes, and gain hands-on experience in planning, analysis, and reporting.

These interns may be considered for full-time opportunities through the Finance Development Rotation Program (FDRP).

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Able to commit to a 12-week summer internship at our headquarters in Santa Clara.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with a December 2027 or later graduation date.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with finance and accounting concepts through coursework or prior work/internship experience.
• Demonstrated curiosity and interest in AI, with a passion for exploring how artificial intelligence can improve finance processes and decision-making.
• Experience using AI tools and automated workflows is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong initiative, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-impact projects that support financial decision-making across the business
• Analyze financial data, build models, and prepare insights that influence budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans
• Support month-end and quarter-close processes, reporting, and variance analysis
• Partner cross-functionally with teams across the business
• Participate in intern programming, development workshops, and networking events
