ServiceNow is launching the Finance Development Rotation Program (FDRP) for new graduates to jumpstart high-impact careers in finance. Qualifications

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving with AI-powered tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, graduating by Summer 2026.
• Able to work hybrid at our Santa Clara headquarters.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and ability to work across functions.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals with financial modeling/analysis exposure.
• Self-starter with growth mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with PowerBI strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (graduating by Summer 2026)
• Able to work hybrid in our Santa Clara headquarters
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals, with exposure to financial modeling and analysis
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with PowerBI strongly preferred
