Participants experience structured rotations across core finance functions with continuous mentorship and targeted training to build strategic and leadership capabilities.

The program emphasizes AI innovation within finance, exposing you to AI accelerator initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across Finance Product & Analytics, Go-To-Market Finance,

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into workflows or analyzing AI-driven insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (graduating by Summer 2027).
• Hybrid work in West Palm Beach office.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid finance and accounting fundamentals, with exposure to financial modeling and analysis.
• Self-starter with growth mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with PowerBI strongly preferred.
