Job summary

ING Americas Technology is seeking an experienced Test Lead to establish and coordinate testing for Finance, Risk and Tax reporting within a major program in New York. The contractor will lead test planning, execution and governance across data, models and downstream reports.

You will work with source systems, data ingestion, Power BI reports and validation across SNC, risk, tax and finance outputs. Strong leadership, regulatory understanding, and the ability to drive defects to closure are

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software testing, data testing, QA or test management experience.
• Experience leading testing for Finance, Risk, Tax, regulatory reporting.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data flows, data models, transformations and reporting.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a risk-based, end-to-end testing strategy and operating model for Finance, Risk and Tax reporting deliverables.
• Create and maintain the integrated test plan, scope, schedule, entry and exit criteria, roles, environments and dependencies.
• Coordinate system integration testing, data validation, end-to-end testing, UAT, regression testing, and sign-off activities.
• Translate business requirements and mappings into test scenarios, cases and expected results.
• Validate data completeness, accuracy, lineage, transformation logic and report presentation across data flows.
