Qualifications

• 7+ years of software testing, data testing, QA, or test management in a large organization.
• Experience leading testing for regulatory reporting, finance, risk, or data-intensive reporting.
• Strong skills in defining test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and evidence.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Power BI, data models, and data lineage.
• Proven defect governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end testing strategy and operating model for Finance, Risk and Tax reporting deliverables.
• Coordinate system integration testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing across workstreams.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios, cases and expected results; ensure data quality and reconciliation.
• Lead testing for SNC regulatory reporting, risk management reports and tax/ balance sheet reporting.
• Manage test data, environments, and defect governance; produce testing dashboards for governance.
