Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate Attorney in Dallas, TX.

This hybrid role requires three days in office, with exposure to high-stakes financial disputes, commercial transactions, and debt restructurings in a national‑level firm. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a sophisticated firm, with Texas bar admission, exceptional writing, and strong advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a top-tier firm.
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.
• Ability to manage all phases of complex litigation, including drafting documents, discovery, depositions, trial, and motions.
• Strong organizational skills, deadlines, client communications, and prioritization.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and advocacy abilities; collaborative across offices.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal/state courts and arbitration.
• Manage complex litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Develop and execute case strategies, including discovery planning and implementation.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, memoranda, and other court filings.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions and briefs.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, client meetings, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy.
• Provide timely, practical, and strategic advice on litigation and risk management.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture with excellence and innovation.
