Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, Texas bar admission, 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a top firm, and proven ability

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at a top firm preferred.
• Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation.
• Ability to manage all phases of complex litigation including drafting and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in courts and arbitration.
• Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit to trial and post-trial.
• Develop and execute case strategies including discovery planning.
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Attend court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategy.
• Provide timely, practical, and strategic litigation advice.
