Job summary

Bridgewater Bank offers a 2026 Summer Internship in the Community Impact team, June 1, 2026 to August 20, 2026. This paid internship provides real-world banking experience, exposure to charitable giving, volunteer programs, and partnerships, with the opportunity to present成果 to leadership at the end of the internship.

Responsibilities include coordinating initiatives, planning events, maintaining records, data collection and reporting, and researching best practices in corporate philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in a 4-year bachelor's degree program in a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical reasoning and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Impact team with day-to-day coordination of charitable giving, employee volunteerism, nonprofit partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
• Assist with planning and delivering volunteer events, community partnerships, and internal engagement campaigns, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up.
• Maintain organized records for community partnerships, sponsorships, donations, volunteer participation, and related program assets.
• Help collect and analyze program data, identify insights, and develop reports and communications that demonstrate Bridgewater Bank's community impact to internal and external audiences.
• Research nonprofit organizations, community needs, and emerging practices in corporate philanthropy, employee engagement, and community investment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas that strengthen employee participation and create meaningful community impact.
