Job summary

AXA XL in Exton, PA (with a location in Hartford, CT) offers a 10-week paid Finance internship focused on US Financial Reporting. You will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, including P&L and balance sheet analysis, and use Excel and Power BI to build reporting insights.

• Pursuing a finance or accounting degree with a strong GPA.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn from finance professionals across underwriting and reporting.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and present to Senior Leadership.
• Assist in IFRS accounting, MD&As, budgets and forecasts with Excel/Power BI.
• Support month-end close and financial close activities.
