Job summary

AXA XL offers a 10-week paid Finance internship designed to sharpen your skills and broaden your industry knowledge in exton, PA. You will work with the Performance Data team, supporting the Americas BU finance leadership with data development, reporting, and insights.

You’ll gain hands-on experience through cross-functional projects, culminating in a final presentation to Senior Leadership. The role emphasizes data integrity, budgeting support, and collaboration across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Access skills.
• Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist data collection, integration, and analysis of financial and business performance data.
• Support preparation of reports highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and final presentations to senior leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and privacy through meticulous review and controls.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Deliver clear commentary on financial results.
