Job summary

AXA XL in Exton, PA offers a 10-week paid Finance internship designed to sharpen your skills in data analysis, reporting, and financial insights. You will work with the Americas BU finance leadership on data development and timely reporting to leaders, culminating in a final presentation to Senior Leadership.

The internship emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, hands-on projects, and exposure to AXA XL’s retail and re/insurance operations, with mentorship from the Performance Data team.

Responsibilities

• Data Support and Analysis: assist in collection, integration, and analysis of financial and business performance data.
• Data Integrity and Controls: ensure data privacy and identify inconsistencies in data outputs.
• Financial Reporting: help prepare financial reports and commentary explaining results.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Assistance: support budgeting with data gathering and forecasting.
• Performance Tracking: monitor trends and variances to identify improvement opportunities.
