Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead transformative F&A programs for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend F&A domain mastery with AI, agentic technologies, and modern ERP ecosystems to shape and win large-scale engagements, while building CFO and CAO level relationships across the deal lifecycle.

You will drive end-to-end deal origination through execution, deliver AI-enabled operating model design, and contribute strategic thought leadership within a global finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO with a sales or revenue component.
• Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and ERP ecosystem technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with value outcomes at the center of design decisions.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation programs into clear narratives to win client CFO confidence and close large-scale deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A) and lead process re-engineering and digital transformation.
• Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing viewpoints on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
