Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend F&A domain mastery with AI and ERP technologies to shape, sell, and deliver large-scale engagements, driving CFO-level relationships and outcomes.

You will oversee deal lifecycle from origination to completion, building credibility and leading teams across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A domains while contributing to strategic thought leadership and market positioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO with a sales component.
Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit through project execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships — Advise CFOs/CAOs and finance leadership to generate opportunities.
Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply AI and ERP tech to reinvent F&A operating models with measurable value.
Shape compelling value propositions — Translate transformation programs into narratives that win CFO confidence and big deals.
Deliver deep domain expertise — Lead process re-engineering and AI integration in one F&A tower (PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A).
Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market views on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
