Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead Finance Transformation for Fortune 500 clients, combining F&A mastery with AI and ERP fluency. You will drive deals from origination through wins and build CFO/CAO level relationships.

You will own the full deal lifecycle, shape AI-first Finance solutions across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A, and deliver large-scale transformations while maintaining deep domain expertise and market-facing thought leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO with a sales component.
Minimum 5 years in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A domain.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A sales and practice: manage full deal lifecycle from pursuit to execution for global enterprise clients.
Build CFO-level relationships and act as trusted advisor to finance leadership.
Design AI-first F&A solutions using agentic AI, automation, and ERP technologies.
Shape compelling value propositions to win large Finance deals and close managed services.
Deliver deep domain expertise in a F&A tower and lead process re‑engineering and digital transformation.
Contribute to market-facing POVs on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
