Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Project Manager to oversee compliance, accounting, and finance processes. The role involves tracking billing cycles, supporting SOW and contract management, and ensuring timely invoicing and payments. You will serve as a key liaison between finance, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth financial execution and reporting.

While specific duties are assigned, the team shares responsibility for final delivery, which may involve taking on additional tasks outside primary responsibilities. Adaptability and willingness to contribute wherever needed are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoicing & Revenue Management

• Prepare and submit accurate monthly invoices.
• Track invoice status, ensure timely payments, and reconcile received amounts.
• Coordinate with project managers to validate billable hours and deliverables.
• Work with bookkeeping to ensure accurate and complete categorization of items and accounts in QuickBooks.

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

• Manage payments to subcontractors and staffing vendors.
• Maintain payment schedules and ensure vendor contract compliance.
• Verify hours and deliverables before disbursing funds.

SOW and Contract Support

• Assist in drafting, updating, and tracking Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Maintain a library of current contracts, renewals, and key terms.
• Monitor renewal dates, deadlines, and approval processes.

Financial Reporting & Budget Tracking

• Track project budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership.
• Flag anomalies, overspending, or delayed payments.

Operational and Compliance Tasks

• Maintain organized records of all financial and contractual documents.
• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with client finance policies.
• Ensure adherence to legal and tax requirements in applicable jurisdictions.
