Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team supporting a leading financial services client. In this role, you will manage the development and execution of complex, well‑defined proprietary event plans that align with strategic business objectives. You will collaborate closely with internal partners and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, clear communication, and measurable results.

Base Pay Range

$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end planning for multiple complex events, defining audience, agenda, format, and location based on specific business needs.
• Plan and monitor project progress, using appropriate tools and technology, and partner with Communications and Creative teams to ensure integrated messaging across all mediums (print, digital, social, web, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with internal and external partners to ensure business requirements are met.
• Monitor marketplace trends, client needs, and competitive offerings through research and industry insights.
• Develop deep expertise in the firm's existing financial products and services and effectively communicate their benefits to internal and external audiences.
• Establish strong working relationships with sales leadership, senior leaders, technical/business leads, and key stakeholders.
• Provide tactical recommendations to internal decision‑makers.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably within financial services.
• Working knowledge of investments, mutual funds, and financial product marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Client‑focused mindset with the ability to translate features into clear benefits.
