Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Finance Project Management & Financial Systems Analyst Intern to assist the Finance Transformation organization. You will work with Finance, business stakeholders and IT to improve processes, support system enhancements and drive automation opportunities.

The role emphasizes project planning, analysis, and documentation, with exposure to dashboards and analytics. A sophomore pursuing related degrees and a 3.0+ GPA is required.

Qualifications

• Sophomore pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Business Analytics, MIS, PM, Data Analytics, CS, or related field.
• Overall GPA at least 3.0 and in good academic standing.
• Fluency in English (written & verbal).
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance transformation projects with planning, tracking, documentation, status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Analyze processes to identify improvements across Finance operations and business processes.
• Document business requirements, scope definitions, process maps, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with financial systems enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing and user adoption.
• Help develop dashboards, reports and insights for performance monitoring.
