You will analyze results, prepare management reports, and contribute to regulatory reporting, audits, and process improvements while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA preferred or required; CFA considered an asset.
• 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced financial reporting standards is an asset.
• Strong Excel, modeling, and analytical skills.
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financial close, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and prepare management reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial models, and performance analysis.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and complex accounting requirements.
• Support audits, internal controls, and compliance activities.
• Assist with finance systems, process improvements, and special projects.
• Prepare analysis and presentations for senior leadership.
• Provide flexible support across finance functions as business needs evolve.
