Qualifications

• 2 years of office management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage office budgets, reconcile accounts, process purchasing requisitions, route contracts, and payroll/AP checks.
• Manage property and liability insurance renewals, claims, and bond disclosures.
• Supervise work-study students and maintain finance web pages; support departmental search processes.
