Adams State University is seeking a Program Coordinator in the Finance Department to drive operational excellence and fiscal transparency. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will coordinate budgets, payroll, procurement, and risk disclosures while supporting campus communications and student supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or relevant field, or 2 years per year of college plus 2 years of office management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Drive financial and administrative operations: manage budgets, reconcile accounts, process requisitions, route contracts, and handle payroll/accounts payable checks.
• Oversee risk management & disclosures: manage insurance renewals, file claims, coordinate bond disclosures and Moody’s reporting data.
• Lead campus communications and supervise work‑study students, and maintain finance web pages.
