Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Finance Program Manager to serve as the primary financial reporting and analysis resource for the Division of Transplant Medicine and supporting Hospital Medicine.

The role involves building financial models, monitoring KPIs, and partnering with division leaders to translate data into actionable insights for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, finance, accounting, or a directly related field.
• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with PeopleSoft finance system and Anaplan is preferred.
• Experience with clinical revenues, productivity reporting, and financial modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and analysis for the Division of Transplant Medicine and Hospital Medicine, including key metrics and monthly results.
• Monitor trends and variances; provide timely analyses and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Manage divisional funds, including clinical, grant, and other funding sources, with proper documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with division leadership and finance teams to align reporting with institutional requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of billing information and support procurement and reimbursement activities.
