Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Finance Program Manager to serve as the primary financial reporting and analysis resource for the Division of Transplant Medicine, and to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

The role partners with division leaders, CU Medicine, and other stakeholders to improve reporting workflows and ensure compliant, efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, finance, accounting, or a directly related field.
• Four (4) years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and analysis for the Division of Transplant Medicine, including provider productivity and clinical activity metrics.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide timely analyses and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Support day-to-day management of divisional funds, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Partner with division leadership and CU Medicine finance to resolve financial questions and strengthen reporting workflows.
• Ensure practice sites and billing information are accurate and aligned with operations.
• Provide guidance on procurement, reimbursement, and related compliance requirements.
