University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Department of Medicine - Division of Transplant Medicine, is seeking a Finance Program Manager to serve as the primary financial reporting and analysis resource for the division and to support clinical operations and long-range planning.

The role involves building financial models, monitoring performance, and partnering with leaders to strengthen reporting workflows and revenue capture in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of education and related experience may substitute.
• Four years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and analysis for the Division of Transplant Medicine and Hospital Medicine.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends and variances, provide timely analyses and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Oversee divisional funds including clinical, grant, and other funding sources; ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with division leadership, CU Medicine, and other stakeholders to align with institutional requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of sites of practice and related billing information.
• Provide guidance on procurement, reimbursement, and compliance.
