University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Finance Program Manager to serve as the primary financial reporting and analysis resource for the Division of Transplant Medicine. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while partnering with division leaders to drive informed, data-driven decisions.

You will build financial models, monitor performance trends, and ensure compliant, accurate reporting for clinical and funding activities in a dynamic academic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, finance, accounting, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
• Four (4) years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or financial operations.
• Experience with PeopleSoft finance system and Anaplan is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and analysis for the Division of Transplant Medicine, including provider productivity, clinical activity, and monthly results.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide timely analyses to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Support management of divisional funds, including clinical and grant funding, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with division leadership and CU Medicine to align reporting with policies.
