Mindlance is seeking a seasoned Data Governance professional for the CDL-F governance role in North Chicago, IL. The role involves building and maintaining data governance tools, managing data connections, and supporting KPI tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities include updating security, reference data, and project plans, while aligning with multiple functions to ensure data quality and timely delivery of analyses and insights.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Math/Physics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills to partner across functions and levels.
• Self-starter who can translate broad directions into analytical output.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and capabilities to support Data Governance and maintenance of CDL-F.
• Update user security and access as needed.
• Update and modify reference tables.
• Create and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor continuous improvement.
• Gather requirements and update project plans for CDL-F new deliverables and enhancements.
• Manage inbound and outbound data connections including design, build, testing, deployment and hyper care support.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting.
• Support data quality checks and document data structures and processes.
