Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Lead, Financial Process & Platform Modernization in Mountain View, CA to guide modernization of controllership processes, platforms, data and ways of working. Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in accounting, controllership, or finance modernization.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, close, consolidation, reporting and SOX.
• Experience leading cross-functional modernization initiatives.
• Autonomy with executive-facing responsibilities.

• Lead modernization initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable improvements.
• Translate accounting needs into scalable process, system, and data solutions.
• Own major modernization workstreams with governance and risk awareness.
• Enhance data, reporting, and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Advise controllership leadership on priorities with data-backed trade-offs.
• Apply AI-first approaches to redesign workflows and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and scale successful pilots.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption without direct authority.
