Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Finance Process Improvement Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization across Finance. The role focuses on Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record-to-Report processes, with a strong emphasis on standardization and operational excellence.

You will participate in the SAP upgrade journey, drive process simplification, and deliver measurable business value through data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, process improvement, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of financial operations and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize simplification opportunities with process owners across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into improved processes.
• Document current and future state processes and oversee projects from charter to execution.
• Develop and implement strategies to simplify financial processes and drive efficiency.
• Partner with the PMO to manage change and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and process standardization.
