Job summary

Inspiration Global seeks a seasoned finance transformation contractor to assess and redesign financial processes across multi-entity environments. You will map current workflows, identify gaps, and partner with leadership to define requirements and outcomes.

The role emphasizes automation, AI opportunities, and a clear implementation roadmap. The engagement starts with two weeks on-site in Las Vegas, with remote support thereafter, collaborating with finance leaders and Haptiq teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Extensive finance and accounting operations experience in complex environments.
• Experience with Controllers, VP Finance, CFOs and business operators.
• Hands-on in financial process improvement, ERP workflows, and automation.
• Translate current state into practical, scalable future state workflows.
• Familiarity with ERP environments, financial reporting, data flows, integrations and controls.
• Hospitality, restaurants, gaming, eCommerce or multi-location exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation, facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and drive practical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess financial processes across multiple business units and sites.
• Map workflows across accounting, close, reporting, procure-to-pay, and budgeting.
• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, control gaps, and manual work.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to define requirements and outcomes.
• Design future-state processes that improve speed, accuracy, and controls.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for Haptiq AI and automation teams.
• Develop an implementation roadmap with priorities, effort, risks and impact.
• Support implementation by validating requirements and testing outputs.
• Bridge Apex finance stakeholders and Haptiq technical teams throughout the engagement.
