Raytheon seeks a Finance Principal Specialist for Domestic Patriot Production programs, partnering with Production Program Teams to drive cost, schedule, and EV metrics. This role supports cost reporting, EACs, LREs, cash management and financial planning in a dynamic DoD environment.

The position requires a finance/Accounting degree with 5+ years of related experience, strong EVMS and ERP tool experience, and the ability to communicate with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required;Advanced degree with 3+ years preferred.
• Experience using SAP APEX, MS Analysis for Office, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems.
• Experience with Estimates At Complete (EAC) and/or Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• U.S. citizenship required for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted business partner to drive financial strategy and execution across programs.
• Quarterly EACs of required programs.
• Guide program startup, baseline development, and EV implementation.
• Compile, validate and deliver recurring and non-recurring EV deliverables.
• Monthly FP&A forecast development and presentation.
• Support long-range and annual operating plans.
• Analyze key financial data to aid decision making.
• Drive alignment between proposals, EV, EAC, resource and investment plans.
