Raytheon seeks a Finance Principal Specialist for Domestic Patriot Production programs, operating in a hybrid capacity with onsite and remote work. You will partner with production teams to drive financial strategy, EV execution, and reporting across a portfolio of defense programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or related field with 5+ years’ experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years, plus hands-on EVMS/EAC and SAP APEX/PMX experience. Benefits and a salary range are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience using SAP APEX, MS Analysis for Office, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems.
• Experience with Estimates At Complete (EAC) and EVMS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to the financial management system.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted business partner to drive financial strategy and execution across programs.
• Provide quarterly EACs and guide baseline development and EV integration.
• Compile, validate and deliver recurring and non-recurring EV deliverables.
• Develop monthly FP&A forecasts and support long-range plans.
• Analyze key financial data to enable informed decision making.
• Align proposals, EV, and resource plans with financial forecasts.
• Identify process improvements to enhance team analytics.
