• Own business case/value for utilization management programs and their changes.
• Lead staffing models for utilization management and connect to budgeting.
• Lead performance review reporting and provide program ROI insights.
• Build analytics tools and dashboards for early outcome insights and savings.
• Be the primary contact for performance management of UM programs.
