Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team supporting the Utilization Management function within Clinical Services. You will drive FP&A budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses, with hands-on work in Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with Aetna finance processes.

You will guide strategic decisions through scenario analysis, build advanced financial models, and partner with business leaders to optimize resources and performance.

Qualifications

7+ years of FP&A experience.
7+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and with financial systems.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Proficiency with Anaplan, Hyperion and S4 Hana is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes FP&A budgeting processes with stakeholders.
Oversees analysis of financial performance, variance and profitability.
Conducts scenario and sensitivity analysis to guide decisions.
Creates sophisticated financial models for strategic planning.
Analyzes performance of units/projects to find growth opportunities.
Establishes FP&A processes, systems and tools for efficiency.
Builds budgeting/forecasting processes aligned with strategy.
