Responsibilities

• Own business case/value for utilization management programs and refine value.
• Lead staffing models for utilization management programs and connect with budgeting/forecasting.
• Lead and build executive performance reporting for holistic program insights and ROI.
• Establish program optimization framework to drive value and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate on analytical tools and dashboards to provide early insights into outcomes and savings.
• Be primary point of contact for performance management of UM programs.
• Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration on performance management processes.
