You will drive insights, ROI, and decisions that impact the organization’s care programs. The position emphasizes advanced Excel modeling, data synthesis, and the development of tools and dashboards to inform budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of analytical/excel modeling experience.
• 5+ years of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own business case/value for UM programs and program changes.
• Build staffing models for UM programs and connect to budgeting.
• Lead performance review reporting and ROI insights for programs.
• Develop framework to drive program optimization and value.
• Create analytics tools/dashboards for early insights and decision making.
• Serve as primary contact for UM performance management.
• Foster knowledge sharing across functional areas.
