Job summary

Warehaus in York, PA is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join accounting and HR support, handling confidential employee and company information with professionalism and discretion.

You will work with our CFO, Accounting, HR, and Marketing teams to manage accounts payable, payroll, deposits, vendors, and select HR processes, while contributing to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounting experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Payroll processing experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• High discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process general company invoices, employee expense reimbursements, weekly check runs, and ACH payments.
• Complete vendor credit applications and assist with accounts payable inquiries.
• Post cash receipts and complete remote bank deposits.
• Reconcile company credit card statements and assist with credit card-related issues.
• Set up and maintain vendor records, including COIs, W-9s, and 1099 status.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and complete new hire and termination updates within the ERP.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and other HR and employee-related needs.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and provide recruiting administration support.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Assist with office and team events and other employee engagement initiatives.
