Aramark is seeking a Finance Coordinator in Fresno, CA to support daily accounting and financial operations. You will reconcile daily sales, assist payroll, and help with AP/AR and reporting, partnering with Operations, HR, and the Finance team for accurate records.

The role requires 1–2 years in accounting or related fields, an Associate degree or equivalent, strong Excel and ERP familiarity, and meticulous attention to detail. This full-time position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales & Revenue activities: review, reconcile and record daily sales from multiple locations.
• Payroll support: collect timekeeping records and assist payroll processing.
• Accounts payable/receivable: assist with AP/AR functions and related documentation.
• Prepare and post daily journal entries related to revenue and sales activity.
• Support weekly and monthly sales reporting requirements and ad hoc inquiries.
