Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with specified Lines of Business, providing forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting. You will support decision-making with insights on performance versus plans, forecasts, and prior periods, focusing on Consumer Deposits and Net Interest Income.

You will lead forecasting, benchmarking, and Investor Relations reporting, working with BFOs, LOBs, and Corporate Treasury to drive value creation and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LOB financial performance and assist decision making by synthesizing trends and risks.
• Develop financial management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses.
• Create forecasts and budgets and compare against plans and prior periods.
• Support reporting for Board, Investor Relations, and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate across Finance to ensure data integrity and effective controls.
• Automate reporting processes and drive efficiency improvements.
