Responsibilities

• Drives investment products and strategies across investment solutions using cross‑group relationships.
• Identifies market trends and client needs to inform product positioning.
• Oversees client offerings to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Provides strategic guidance on advisor tools, products, platforms and materials.
• Educates advisors on offerings and enhances product adoption and engagement.
• Communicates clearly to clients and executives.
• Strengthens relationships with third‑party asset managers.
• Leads platform initiatives with ISG Product, CIO, and other teams.
• Designs cross‑manager initiatives to accelerate growth.
• Collaborates to enhance advisor engagement and client outcomes.
