Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Operations Finance Business Partner Lead in Wisconsin to provide strategic financial support to operational groups and project teams.

You will mentor associates, partner with leadership on complex initiatives, and drive profitability analyses across projects and customers. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, interpreting data to guide decisions, improve processes, and optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 7–10 years of experience in finance or corporate accounting.
• Minimum 3 years in direct operations or project-focused environment.
• Travel 5–10% of time.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors direct reports.
• Partners with project management and operational leadership on complex initiatives.
• Provides financial analysis to support strategy, focusing on project profitability and customer analysis.
• Leads budget and forecast processes for supported groups.
• Analyzes results, monitors variances, and recommends actions to improve performance.
• Communicates complex financial data to support decisions.
• Drives improvements in financial processes within operations finance.
• Acts as liaison between operations and other finance departments to ensure alignment.
• Monitors project cash flow, including DSO, and performs profitability analyses.
• Leads special projects and provides ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
