The University of Colorado Boulder’s Women and Gender Studies Department seeks a Manager of Finance and Operations to lead financial operations, budgeting, and HR for the department. You will partner with the Chair/Director to ensure fiscal integrity and strategic planning, while guiding staff and shaping administrative processes.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and substantial budget management experience, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 2+ years of professional experience in related field
• Strong budgetary and fiscal management experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial operations of the department including general, auxiliary, grant, and gift accounts
• Lead monthly and yearly budget planning with department leadership
• Generate ad hoc financial reports from PeopleSoft, Cognos, and HRMS
• Monitor and forecast departmental accounts and endowments to ensure fiscal health
• Manage compliance with budgets, policies, and university rules
• Supervise department staff and coordinate human resources activities
• Advise on procedures, operations, and department-wide policy developments
