Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• 3 years of experience managing complex budgets with multiple funding sources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department's financial operations and budgets across accounts.
• Lead staff supervision, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate payroll questions, travel and research grants, and start-up funds.
• Provide liaison with HR and budget offices; ensure compliance with policies.
