Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance Operations, order-to-cash, or billing.
• Experience mentoring or formally leading others is a plus.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with people leadership in a hybrid environment.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and drive improvements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small team of Finance Operations specialists, setting daily/weekly priorities.
• Onboard and grow the team, identify development needs and opportunities.
• Personally own a portfolio of complex customer accounts and subscriptions.
• Process complex sales contracts, deals, and adjustments per guidelines.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex or sensitive cases.
• Conduct case reviews and document process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and translate results into coaching actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, and Account Management; keep leadership informed.
