Job summary

GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for 1st shift in Ellabell, GA. You will lead lineside operations, drive KPI performance, and coordinate material flow to meet customer demand.

The role requires a strong background in logistics, Lean/CI, and staff development, with responsibilities spanning SOPs, safety, training, and reporting. The position is onsite with a standard Mon-Fri schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years in a leadership/supervisory role in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• At least 8 years in logistics, warehousing or distribution.
• Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement.
• Proven experience managing KPI performance.
• Inventory management experience required.
• Recruitment, training, mentoring, coaching and discipline experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lineside processes to ensure smooth operation and KPI attainment.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to drive KPI gains.
• Manage material flow to meet customer demand.
• Identify staff training needs and implement actions for growth.
• Establish and implement SOPs for Consolidation Center operations.
• Train staff on SOPs, safety, processes and attendance policies.
• Prepare reports, prioritize projects and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment and enforce standards.
