Mayvin, Inc. is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to support the United States Marshals Service in the Management Services Division. You will assist in managing division-wide financial transactions related to construction projects and rent, ensuring accurate tracking and timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Support division-wide financial transactions for construction, rent, and other projects.
• Track and process Reimbursable Work Agreements (RWAs), Reimbursable Agreements (RAs), obligations, de-obligations, transfers, and IPAC reports.
• Monitor quarterly open obligations and financial close-outs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate deliverables with analysts and review work for accuracy before submission.
• Identify process efficiencies and recommend improvements to financial operations.
