Mayvin is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Management Services Division. The role focuses on managing and overseeing financial transactions for construction projects and rent, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support division-wide financial transactions for construction, rent, and other projects.
• Track and process Reimbursable Work Agreements (RWAs), Reimbursable Agreements (RAs), obligations, de-obligations, transfers, and IPAC reports.
• Monitor quarterly open obligations and financial close-outs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate deliverables with analysts and review work for accuracy before submission.
• Identify process efficiencies and recommend improvements to financial operations.
