The ideal candidate has strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and comfort working with financial data and SaaS fintech tools. This role collaborates with finance, customer success, and operations to maintain accurate records and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in finance operations or accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP or payment-processing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and payments.
• Review and process invoices, payment requests, and financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts receivable activity, outstanding balances, and payment statuses.
• Assist with cash-flow reporting and financial data analysis.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate to resolve financial issues.
• Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and operational summaries.
• Assist with transaction reviews and ensure accurate data entry.
• Support month-end and year-end financial activities.
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
• Work with internal teams to improve financial workflows and efficiency.
• Assist with customer and vendor inquiries related to billing and payments.
• Follow established financial controls and company policies.
• Protect confidential financial and customer information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet applications.
• Experience working with accounting, ERP, financial management, or payment-processing software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience with fintech or SaaS platforms is a plus.
