Qualifications

Responsibilities

Описание: About the company

We operate an international digital platform working with creators across multiple markets. Our finance operations involve cross-border, multi-currency payments, settlements through banks and payment providers, and regular creator payouts. We are building scalable financial reporting and controls as the business grows.

What you will own

You will run day-to-day finance operations, keeping payments accurate, traceable and on time. Maintain reliable records and reporting inputs; elevate policy, accounting and risk decisions to the fractional CFO and relevant advisors.

• Track the day-to-day cash position, expected settlements and upcoming payouts
• flag potential shortfalls and unusual movements to the Fractional CFO
• Maintain accurate transaction records and reporting inputs, and prepare recurring operational reports for review by the Fractional CFO
• Own payouts end to end: prioritize requests, verify details and approvals, initiate approved payments, track confirmations, and close each payout
• Track revenue, expenses, fees, payouts, and other key financial metrics
• Reconcile bank transactions, payment provider reports, and internal financial data
• Monitor settlements with partners, contractors, and payment providers
• Identify and investigate financial discrepancies
• Work closely with accounting, payment providers, banks, and external financial partners
• Help improve and automate existing financial processes

Требования:

• 3+ years in finance operations, treasury, payments, controlling or a related finance role
• Hands-on experience with bank/PSP transactions, payment reconciliation and multi-currency or cross-border flows
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify inconsistencies
• Able to own recurring workflows, work independently, keep stakeholders updated and escalation exceptions early
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with bank/PSP onboarding, compliance questionnaires and KYC workflows
• English sufficient for communication with international partners and financial documentation
• Nice to have; Experience in fintech, payments, digital products, creator platforms, marketplaces, SaaS or affiliate businesses
• Experience with SEPA or other international payouts, crypto transactions or wallet settlements
• Odoo or similar systems, BI tools, SQL or financial automation
